敲重点：
利用自身找工作的常识进行理解记忆，没有难以理解的，招聘流程要清晰，面试的类型等。
常考的是公平机会和歧视，要能根据案例信息选出属于那种类型的歧视，歧视分为Direct discrimination ：残疾人不要、Indirect discrimination ：身高高于180cm ，形式fair，实质unfair、Victimization 受害 ：枪打出头鸟、Harassment 骚扰。
BT（Business and Technology）是SBL（Strategic Business Leader）的基础，本科目全球考试通过率在85%左右，这门课程偏背诵概念理解为主。
BT介绍了企业的一些相关概念还包括组织的类型，组织的文化，宏观经济学，微观经济学，企业招聘流程和员工培训，企业内部的沟通等等，大部分内容在本科目中只需要简单理解，在后面的科目学习中会具体的进行展开。
