f) An organisation needs to consider whether it has the capacity to execute change – resources such as people, finance and information 公司需要考虑是否有实施改变的能力，具体资源包括人，财务和信息上的。

h) Work force readiness is the extent to which staff are likely to accept or resist change 劳动力准备程度是员工有可能接受或拒绝改变的程度。

3) Forces driving and resisting change 动力和阻力的变化
