波特五力模型要知道五力的名称及波特人名。
价值链分析是Primary activities 5 基本活动， Support activities 4 支持活动，
考察形式1：给出4个选项，问谁属于 Primary 或 Support activities。所以两类活动5+4必须要记住；
考察形式2：给出一个大情景，告诉我们N个员工每个员工的工作职责，问谁属于Primary或Support activities的员工。所以5+4每个活动的职责需要理解和区分。
