1 、Interest 利率
① Nominal risk-free rate = real risk-free rate + expected inflation rate 名义利率
② Required interest rate on a security = nominal risk-free rate + default risk premium + liquidity
premium + maturity risk premium ( 要求回报率 = 无风险利率 + 风险溢价)
③ EAR = (1 + periodic rate) m -1 = （1 + r / m) m -1
Notes：the greater the compounding frequency, the greater the EAR will be in comparison to the stated rate.
2 、Annuity 年金
① Ordinary annuity: 普通年金（期末付息）
② Annuity due: 先付年金（期初付息）
③ Perpetuity: 永续年金

3 、Statistical methods
① Descriptive statistics 是用来总结大型数据集的重要特征。如均值、中位数、众数等
② Inferential statistics 是根据一个小型数据集的主要特征，来对一个大型数据集进行预测，估计或者推断

① Nominal scales: 名义尺度
② Ordinal scales: 顺序尺度，可排序
③ Interval scales: 区间尺度，可排序，可加减
④ Ratio scales: 比例尺度，可排序，可加减，可乘除
