net revenue是“Revenue less adjustments for estimated returns and allowances”，是指全部的收入扣减可能存在的退货和耗损部分。

关于Revenue，我们知道是满足“货物交割/服务提供，收款确定”条件后即可确认。但在确认时，并非全部的Revenue都可以确认计入利润表，而是要把“net revenue”确认计入。

美国准则（Gross reporting）构成条件

1.Be the primary obligor under the contract.（承担合同项下主要义务)

2.Bear the inventory risk and credit risk.

（承担主要风险）

3.Be able to choose its supplier.

（有能力选择客户）

4.Have reasonable latitude to establish the price.（能自主确定价格）
