常考的是公平机会和歧视,要能根据案例信息选出属于那种类型的歧视,歧视分为Direct discrimination :残疾人不要、Indirect discrimination :身高高于180cm ,形式fair,实质unfair、Victimization 受害 :枪打出头鸟、Harassment 骚扰。
BT(Business and Technology)是SBL(Strategic Business Leader)的基础,本科目全球考试通过率在85%左右,这门课程偏背诵概念理解为主。
