同学你好，interest cap就是说利率有天花板，不会超过一定限度，interest floor就是利率不会跌破某一限度。题干中说收固定付浮动就相当于收保底的利息付浮动的利息，也就相当于收interest floor 付interest cap，所以C对D错，这道题是让选错误的，所以选D。
