同学你好，financial report是指财务报表，包括三大报表和其他附表。earning report是关于收入的报告。高质量的财报是相关性和如实报告：High quality financial reporting must be decision useful. Two characteristics of decision-useful f inancial reporting are relevance and faithful representation。高质量收入是指收入能够让企业持续经营，也就是收入中持续收入占比高是高质量的。销售资产是非经常性收入，虽然增加了收入，但不可持续，所以earning report 不是高质量的。销售资产是非经常性收入，非经常收是和企业活动相关的，需要如实的计入财务报表，所以financial report是高质量的。
