Fixed budget - FOH 与 Actual FOH 的差异，Fixed budget - FOH=48000，差异是2000A，那么Actual FOH=48000+2000=50000；题干有描述是under obsorbed8000，吸收的少实际的8000，Absorbed FOH=50000-8000=42000。
