16题中的答案就是fufillment value的概念，记忆住即可，fufillment value是针对负债而言，定义是未来收到的cash 的现值，而不是cash flow,或者是企业未来转移负债将会收到的资源，这里A选项就是未来我们转移负债可能会收到对价同时因为要转移负债还要付出交易的成本要减去，这里fufillment value的定义就是 fulfilment value is the present value of the amount of cash,or other economic resources that the entity expects to be obliged to transfer to settle the liability.(这道16题和14题一起看就能掌握定义）
