同学，ROCE考虑的是整个公司 as a whole ，ROI考虑的是一个投资项目，算法相同。EPS/book value per share=earning per share/book value per share=earning/book value of the shares,earning就是盈利或者说是利润PBIT，book value of the shares就是该股票对应公司的Capital employed。但是在ACCA中不需要理解。算法ROCE在其他回复中。
