首先看Note(iii)60K 包含在利润表里是income and gain on invest property 就是我们对这个Invest property有一个gain 那我就要+60 然后我们再看资产负债表上invest property从去年400变动到今年420 说明我们又花费20购买了一个Invest property那对于我们购买的成本是不是要在投资活动中减去 （答案里把它写一起 在实际中其实 是分开先+一个gain然后再减去purchase）
